Service and Repair
All equipment purchased is covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty. We expect the equipment to be in full working order at all times.
However, in the unlikely event that the equipment fails or is found to be faulty, the equipment will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period (exclusions apply: eg customer damage).
Service and Repair options are carried out by SensorCare in a fully equipped manufacturing and repair factory in Greater Manchester. Therefore, any downtime will be minimal and can be supported with a temporary loan unit, at a cost, to avoid any inconvenience.
If your SensorCare System is out of warranty, a repair quotation will be provided and authorisation will be requested before the repair is completed.
To ensure efficient operation of SensorCare equipment, an on-site check of equipment and preventative maintenance contracts can be provided.
A fully qualified engineer will attend your site at a convenient time to ensure SensorCare is working correctly. Therefore, insuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
